Garment factory
Long Yong Company is located in Pinghu city, Zhe Jiang province in China.
It takes about a half an hour to drive to the southwest of shanghai Pudong new International Airport. There are a lot of garment factories in this city. We have been here about 15 years. This city is steadily flourishing and growing. Exclusive hotels and restaurants are on the increase in recent years.
Garment factory
Jiaxing Long Yong garment co,.Ltd was set up in February 2006, It specialized in manufacturing sportswear, casual wear, woman wear and children wear. The main product is: the shuttle weaves garments and the knitting garments. In addition, we also manufacture uniforms using small volume sewing assembly line. To prevent defective product from reaching the market, we undertake strict quality inspection.

Factory OverviewShown in the picture are the three-storey southern block and the two-storey northern block. Together, they cover an area of more than 4000 square meters with a capacity for over 330 employees. Most of the employees are experienced in the local garment industry. |
Warehouse
The first floor of the southern block is the fabric warehouse. All of the raw materials are stocked here in order to speed up the manufacturing of the uniforms. We will check the quality of the new fabric using machine to identify defect or smudge, inspected fabric will be put into plastic bags to prevent dust.
Technical department
We own CAD equipment that can make pattern and print. The plotter can make prints of various sizes from the pattern. The department ensure that the pattern are made according to the “Stitch Specification”
Cutting department
Several layers of cloth are cut by cutting machines. For small quantity orders like uniforms, the fabrics are cut by hand. The color of sleeves always matches different colors of main body. So the cutter will pay extra attention to it.
Sewing department
The second floor of the southern block is the sewing area, with 3 production lines and 75 employees. They are responsible for making the special product. This floor covers the size of 800 square meters with the most employees in the factory.
Inspection department
The employees will inspect the products and put them in plastic bags. The product will be marked if necessary. We also use a machine to examine the presence of sewing needles in the products. We will test from two positions: upright and transverse.
Operators
The third floor of the southern block is computer operation room. The operators are responsible for transferring markings and sublimation printing on the computer and deal with the printing from the designer.
Markings transfer
We use the high pressure transfer machine, which is a compressor with high pressure made in US, to make the words transfer on the fabric.
Plotter
It is necessary to make the sublimation printing uniform. First the plotter will print the actual size on the paper. Then the paper will be put on the fabric and print under HTHP treatment. Finally, the fabric will be cut and sew to produce the finished uniforms.

Silk screen printingThe second floor of the northern block is the silk screen printing department. There are six 30m long stamp-pads here. We will print the fabric after cutting. If the printing is delayed, the sewing assembly line will stop. We will not allow that to happen. Our goal is to produce the quality assured uniforms with new materials and designs. Long Yong Company has 30 years of commercial achievement from Taiwan to China and accumulates a wealth of experience. We strive to deliver better products in the future. |
